Prices
The prices are per day and per person in a double room. If you are staying alone in a double room we will add a fee of 20 € per night.
Prices for children:
- children up to 2 years old: free
- from 2 to 5 years old: 50% discount
- from 5 to 10 years old: 15% discount
We are obliged to charge a local tax of 2,70 € per person per night (from the age of 14).

- check-in on the day of arrival from 15.00 to 20.00 (on request also sooner or later)
- check-out on the day you leave until 10.00
- quiet hours from 23.00 to 7.00

Conditions for cancellation
While there are no fixed rules regarding cancellation in the consumer code, we offer these conditions for cancellation:
- cancellation up to 22 days before arrival is free
- within 21 until 15 days before arrival we will charge 40% of the booked price
- within 14 until 8 days before arrival we will charge 60% of the booked price
- within 7 days before arrival we will charge 70% of the booked price
- if you leave before the set date, or if you arrive later or are a no show then we will charge 70% of the agreed price for the days you booked
